We have uswd this toilet paper for awhile now. It is nice and soft. It is comparable to Charmin, but to me, it is softer.

Nice and Soft

My family switched over to this brand as my wife felt is was cost effective,  I was somewhat hesitant but now it's all we use.

I'm usually a die hard Charmin user. The Member's Mark Toilet Paper may not be as soft, but it works just as well as the top name brands.

Not Bad

I’ve been buying Member’s Mark toilet paper for years. I have noticed the slow decline in the quality of softness of the toilet paper. Now the toilet paper is actually hard. I’m extremely disappointed in the quality of the toilet paper. Adding insult to injury the cost has gone up.

Member’s Mark Toilet Paper Not the same.

Most customers are like me, I assume, when buying particular items from a wholesale warehouse. The items we purchase regularly, we expect a certain quality. I've purchased this product for years, even during the pandemic. Lately, I've noticed a decline in the quality of the paper and the durability of the roll. Hoping it's just a glitch and not a quality decision. I have been looking at other products elsewhere, just in case.
