Why change something that was great!!

The last package I bought I was so disappointed because it has changed. The toilet paper and paper towels (which also aren’t the same) are the only reason I keep my Sam’s membership. It is so scratchy and thin. I thought my husband had replaced it with another brand as a joke. He knows it’s the only one I’ll use. Please bring back my favorite TP which I’ve been using for so many years!!

New formulation not good

Latest formulation we got is coarsely embossed, which I strongly dislike. Worse it is way more likely to clog, even with much fewer sheets. They change the formulation from time to time, usually for the better such as going lintless. Hopefully they will return to minimal embossing and clogging.

Switched from Charmin

Used Charmin for years and after reading all the positive reviews for Member's Mark, decided to give it a try. The difference between the higher priced Charmin and MM is so negligible that it's not worth the money difference to stay with Charmin. As long as MM stays at this quality or above, I will continue to buy it.

Bad smell and itchy results

I will never buy this TP again. Last couple times I bought a pack of this TP it has had a horrible smell to it. Almost like old corn chips and musk. THEN the itch happened. Everytime I'd use this TP I'd get an intense itch and burn that wouldn't go away until I showered. I even went to see my doctor just in case who told me it was probably the TP. The issue never happened again once I changed toilet papers.

Last batch is too rough! Pure Torture!

We have used this TP exclusively for nearly two decades with no complaints. However, this last package we received is utter disappointment. It is sooo rough now. The TP in public restrooms is a delight compared to this Member Mark. I can't even blow my nose on it without wincing. Come on, Sam's, you thought we wouldn't notice?? Y'all trying to save a nickel has come back to bite you. Time to try a new brand.

Degrading quality

I've been using this tissue for a very long time, but the last few times I've noticed the quality is not the same when I started using it and the price just keep going up, I'm going back to other brands. It doesn't last as it used to, because you have to keep using more and more.
