I love this brand and have been buying for over 10 years but it's gone up $10 in that time! I also hate how long it takes for it to ship to my house. It's always delayed and they won't ship it to me in NJ so my friend brings it after delivery to her house in Georgia! So it's shipped from NJ to Georgia to come back up from Georgia to me in NJ. Ridiculous.

These rolls used to be so large that I could barely fit in my holder, or lift the package when it came in from Sams. Now, it's super light, and the rolls are SUPER small, I would say half the size that they used to be. Sorry Sams, this used to be my favorite brand, but I can get larger rolls for a better price elsewhere.

We bought two packs of these from Sams but were still using up what we had previous purchased(same product). My husband always replaces the rolls so I didn't notice the difference until the master bathroom got the new rolls. I actually texted him at work and asked him "Whats up with the toilet paper?". It is now much thinner and very rough. I will be returning the pack that has yet to be opened but we are stuck finishing up the opened pack. They are actually running a special right now and I was going to purchase some but I'm glad I realized how their product has changed for the worse before I stocked up. I would not buy this again and if they do go back to the old quality they would have to prove it to me before I purchased this again.

What happened? Member's Mark TP has drastically changed - so disappointed! First they "downsized" the squares & now the tissue is coarse & rough! If I still had the outer wrapper for the bulk packaging, I would take the remaining 4 packages back to Sam's for a refund!

Not as good as it was

NOT THE SAME AS IT USE TO BE!!!!!! THIS TP SHEDS SOOOOO BAD AND STAYS IN YOUR AREA!!!!! SO GROSS!!!! I am not even using the rest. It is horrible how much this sheds now. I mean I have to give my daughter a bath just trying to get it out of her area. Disgusting!!!!! Cannot believe they changed this. I should have taken it back for a refund! That being said I cannot believe I am leaving an actual review on Toilet Paper but that is literally how bad this is!
