I’ve been buying Member’s Mark toilet paper for years, and while I’m okay with the quality, I’m extremely disappointed with the price increases. Since 2021, the price has jumped from $18.46 to $24.26 — that’s a 31% increase. These kinds of increases don’t reflect the economic hardships everyday families are facing right now. It feels like the company is out of touch with what loyal customers are going through. Please reconsider your pricing, or you will start pushing away the very people who have supported you for years

Thick and soft.

I had been buying this toilet paper and loved it. I recently bought another package at my local Sams club and noticed the price went up, they had an instant $2 savings, but even with that the price was still higher than what I had been paying. I brought it home and today I opened it and it is NOT the same toilet paper. It's thinner and rougher and I DO NOT LIKE IT! What the heck happened? Higher price lower quality. I will not be buying it again.

I buy this toilet paper on a regular basis. It always comes to me in a box to protect the plastic and the toilet paper. However, my two packages of toilet paper were delivered as you see them in the picture. No box! And the plastic was ripped on the packaging, which made my toilet paper ripped and on top of that the toilet paper was delivered to my neighbors house with no label on it. If I wasn't friendly with my neighbor, they would've never called me and told me that my toilet paper was on their front porch ripped. I'm Very unhappy about this transaction. This has never happened before so I'm not sure what happened now. Somebody on the other end was being lazy when packaging my toilet paper. Not sure why the delivery man was on the slow side as well, not delivering it to the proper house. Probably because there was no label on it. Not really sure even how they got it to my neighbors house.

I buy this paper regularly, but not any longer unfortunately. It used to be great, cleaned well, was thick and a good value. Now it is so rough and just feels like cheap tissue. You have also reduced the number of rolls, but at least you reduced the price also, but tell me how is this a good value? I noticed you cheapened the MM Paper towels and the parchment paper and now the toilet tissue. STOP cheapening your products please!

I was feeling lost…Hopeless even. How in the world was I going to get this wet poop off of my cheeks from the deuce I just dropped? Then….like a knight in shining armor, my rubix cube has been solved….Members Mark branded bath tissue burst onto the scene and rescued me.

NOT "Ultra Premium". Worlds thinnest 2 ply toilet paper. Doesn't tear properly on perforations, leaves small pieces all over, and requires more to do the job. Good quality in the past, NOT any more. Have purchased for years but clearly Sam's has decided to reduce quality to improve profits at the customers expense. Their apparent goal of keeping customers sullen and not rebellious, won't work. Sam's just lost a 24 year customer.

We have purchased this product from sams for 5 years. Until recently is has been a great product. However my last purchase has seen a major degradation of quality. When using a new roll you have to rip into the roll. You can find and end also the paper is a great deal thinner. I won’t purchase it again.

The actual cardboard tube is now much larger and the entire roll isn’t. This means they’re price remains the same while you’re getting less toilet paper. Not a big deal until you then realize everything in the store is being adjusted therefore you’re paying more.

This TP used to be the best, soft and strong. As always they have ruined a good thing and sacraficed quality instead of just raising the price. This TP is now rough as sandpaper. You can hear the difference as it actually rustles when you pull it off the roll.
