I've bought Member's Mark toilet paper for many years. I've recently found your TP is NOT nearly as soft. I'd compared it to Quilted Northern before, but now it's almost like school TP. I'm certain the company saved money making a less expensive product, but the lack of quality will highly diminish sales. Result: People will just pay more and go bk to the Name Brand TP to get a quality product. Disappointed as Member's Mark prides themselves on great quality product.

These use be a really good quality toilet paper, recently i bought another one and aftervuse i find the quality of the paper has lowered, i mean it felt like using a single ply paper used in the restrooms.. Sam's pat attention, bring back or improve the quality especially if you are charging the customer for a premium product.. don't compromise on quality or people tend to move to a better product...

Been using this product for at least last 5 years. Been noticing a decline in softness lately but the cost was just too good. Just bought a new pack and it's complete trash. Might as well be super fine sand paper. Can literally choose any other brand in store for better quality.

I always buy this pack but i noticed the rolls have shrunk because I literally have a roll from the last pack and when i sat it on top of the prior one wow big difference. Im not happy they raised the price with less on the rolls. I tried uploading a picture of course wouldn’t let me

The last package I bought I was so disappointed because it has changed. The toilet paper and paper towels (which also aren’t the same) are the only reason I keep my Sam’s membership. It is so scratchy and thin. I thought my husband had replaced it with another brand as a joke. He knows it’s the only one I’ll use. Please bring back my favorite TP which I’ve been using for so many years!!

I will never buy this TP again. Last couple times I bought a pack of this TP it has had a horrible smell to it. Almost like old corn chips and musk. THEN the itch happened. Everytime I'd use this TP I'd get an intense itch and burn that wouldn't go away until I showered. I even went to see my doctor just in case who told me it was probably the TP. The issue never happened again once I changed toilet papers.

I thought I had found our family brand of toilet paper, but I was wrong. I bought our second pack 6 months ago and am just now coming to end of it. I wanted to love it: great price, super soft, and I only need to buy toilet paper twice a year. However, this last batch has been frustrating. It leaves lint behind ALL THE TIME. My husband has switched to a different brand because it bothers him so much, but I'm having a hard time letting the rest of it go to waste. I'm really hoping they'll change it so it's both soft and doesn't leave lint behind! I gave it 2 stars for the softness and durability, otherwise it would only have 1 star.

I buy this paper regularly, but not any longer unfortunately. It used to be great, cleaned well, was thick and a good value. Now it is so rough and just feels like cheap tissue. You have also reduced the number of rolls, but at least you reduced the price also, but tell me how is this a good value? I noticed you cheapened the MM Paper towels and the parchment paper and now the toilet tissue. STOP cheapening your products please!

Thick and soft.

This TP has changed. I've been buying this for years. I thought its quality was excellent and recommended it to everyone. I recently noticed the product changed. It went from 190 sheets to 220 sheets per roll. BUT - the paper is thinner and falls apart. As a member since 1992 - I got to say I'm Very disappointed. After years of using this product, I will be changing to another brand and will not recommend to anyone anymore. If anyone at Sam's Club is reading this....Please go back to previous version !
