Price went up, but quality seems to have went down. I've been buying this for years, and I knew right off the bat that when I took out a new roll that it wasn't as soft. So heads up, you're not going crazy... they really did make their tp rougher. It really is not as soft as has been in the past. At least mine isn't. If this is their new tp... I will start searching for another. 🤷‍♂️

Very soft toilet paer

This used to be my favorite toilet paper... but not anymore. The quality has gone. It leaves lint everywhere, tears and rolls when using, and does not "feel" the same on the skin. It also used to be 265 sheets, 45 rolls, and much cheaper. Sam's needs to reevaluate what they are doing with their brands if they want to keep competitive with other brands. I, and I'm sure most others that purchase store brands, want quality at a better price.

Used Charmin for years and after reading all the positive reviews for Member's Mark, decided to give it a try. The difference between the higher priced Charmin and MM is so negligible that it's not worth the money difference to stay with Charmin. As long as MM stays at this quality or above, I will continue to buy it.

The actual cardboard tube is now much larger and the entire roll isn’t. This means they’re price remains the same while you’re getting less toilet paper. Not a big deal until you then realize everything in the store is being adjusted therefore you’re paying more.

I have been purchasing this bath tissue for years, but the quality and softness has declined to the extent that I will NOT purchase this again. There is little softness anymore and the tissues tear easily. This may be OK for a public restroom or a store, but for home use the quality has gone way down. This, at one time, was a decent tissue, but no longer. If you are looking at STAR ratings, don't look at ratings that are several years old; look at ratings over the last few months. There is no comparison between WHAT WAS and WHAT IS NOW.

Something has changed in this product in the recent months. This product now has a ridiculous amount of lint. Used this product for years, and over the last few months my toilet paper roll is now covered daily in lint, and is painful to use in sensitive areas. Switched to a major brand recommended by others online, and no longer have problems.

I have been buying this toilet paper for 20+ years and I do not know what you have changed but it is horrible. Throwing it away. So much fiber coming off I could not use it. I would love to post a photo. Please have someone contact me. I am 65 years old and this is the worst ordeal I have gone through. When I took it out balls of tissue were falling out on the floor on me everywhere. Looked like it had been mutilated by a cat! Either damaged in shipping or you have a quality control issue.
