Soft but tough

I got a Sam's membership, and began purchasing this paper and other items in bulk. I first used this tissue at work and loved it immediately. It was stronger, thicker, and did a terrific job. NOW........the tissue is much thinner, smaller, and tears very easily. It takes over twice as much to do a worse job. WHY DID YOU CHEAP OUT? Keep the quality, even if you have to go up in price. I accidently ran upon an older roll at work this week, and the difference is huge. I will cancel my membership, and look elsewhere tor my paper products from now own if the quality doesn't return. It's not worth the membership price and increased paper price for products this poor.

I have bought this bath tissue for many years and have always been pleased with it. This last one that I bought has just been horrible. It leaves residue behind in your private areas and that's just gross! Please go back to the other recipe of tissue paper. I just went yesterday and bought Quilted Northern. Not nearly as good a bargain but I can't help that.

I am pleased with the softness and durability of this toilet paper. It is very comparable to Charmin. My only complaint is that it seems that I am changing the roll frequently. I usually purchase Scott extra Soft, and while this is a softer paper, that Scott lasts longer so I will probably return to that brand after we finish this package.

I always buy this pack but i noticed the rolls have shrunk because I literally have a roll from the last pack and when i sat it on top of the prior one wow big difference. Im not happy they raised the price with less on the rolls. I tried uploading a picture of course wouldn’t let me

I just opened my new package of toilet paper and see you have REALLY reduced the roll size! The price sure didn't change to reflect your reduction! It's a shame, another way to price gouge in these hard times for people. I thought you would be better than that.

Smaller than competitor standard rolls. While the intent is to save money, you are receiving an inferior product as compared to a brand such as Charmin and ultimately spend more purchasing this item in the long run. Definitely a one-time purchase. I will pay more for a better product next time.
