This was the best TP for many years and under $20. It was soft, plush and durable. Now it's gone up and they have made the paper thinner! It's unfortunate

Everyone was very courtous and helpful. The only problem is the lines to check out are ridiculous. Open a couple more cashier lines with people. Not everyone can use the self check out. For instance last week i was paying with cash so a person had to check me out. Took me about 10 minutes to get through the line.

I used to buy this brand all the time and I loved it. But it seems the past two times I have purchased this it just shreds whenever you wipe. And by the looks of the other reviews I'm not the only one having problems recently. I am very disappointed. I won't be buying this kind again.

Very soft toilet paer

I have bought this toilet paper faithfully for many years. It always was a good value since I have 4 bathrooms in my home. However, in the years since Covid the rolls have gotten progressively smaller and smaller and the price has gone up. (I remember them being 275 sheets per roll and thicker). The quality overall is not the same. I just restocked, but I think this will be my last purchase of this brand. You get all these "rolls" but they don't last long at all.

Long time buyer and user of the MM toilet paper. The new version is terrible. Buying online you'll always receive the new, thinner version. If you go to the store, look for the older, thicker version, sku# of the individual packages is 193968177539. [The new thin version is 078742241128].

We bought two packs of these from Sams but were still using up what we had previous purchased(same product). My husband always replaces the rolls so I didn't notice the difference until the master bathroom got the new rolls. I actually texted him at work and asked him "Whats up with the toilet paper?". It is now much thinner and very rough. I will be returning the pack that has yet to be opened but we are stuck finishing up the opened pack. They are actually running a special right now and I was going to purchase some but I'm glad I realized how their product has changed for the worse before I stocked up. I would not buy this again and if they do go back to the old quality they would have to prove it to me before I purchased this again.

Within the last year and a half this TP has changed. The rolls are a lot smaller and price went up. Do they think we're still in COVID day's? It is still quality TP, so there's that. But higher price and smaller rolls (run out a lot sooner) may get me to look into another brand or elsewhere.
