IMPORTANT ISSUE which needs resolved!!!! We were charged for 3 packages of toilet paper instead of 2 on our last in store purchase on August 20, 2025 which we noticed within 1 hour of leaving the store. Tried calling the Holland Ohio location to report the error and the phone rang FOREVER & then went to an answering service. NO ONE in the store answered the phone number listed on the receipt! Spoke with 4 different representatives (assuming it was with the Sams Club credit card division) which felt confident that they understood and would correct the issue. Repeatedly placed on HOLD until the phone disconnected. NOTHING HAS BEEN CORRECTED. PLEASE contact me!

MM Ultra Premium Bath Tissue is one of the best bath tissue we’ve tried. More than hundred thousand positive reviews,speaks volumes. There is another brand bath issue I like but when it comes to… quality, quantity, long lasting and value it doesn’t matter, MM Ultra Prem… is unmatched imo. Also, no more price increase please…or shrinkage please.

I like this toilet paper. It isn't scratchy, and isn't linty, it's just exactly what I'm looking for in this particular niche product. No need to pay for name brand, this one has you covered. (Sorry, no, I'm not adding photos or video to this particular review!)

Im assuming this is great, but I never received it in my order so who knows. Sam's is taking 5-7 business days for a refund. I checked back in 7 days-no refund, they said it will take another 5-7 days to finalize bc it wasn't finalized the first time. The rep kept assuming I needed the money and wanted to push me off to my bank for a dispute. I said no, your delivery people kept the product.

It’s the best! FYI, each roll is about 1/4” wider than Kroger. Don’t just look at the number of sheets but the actual size of the 2 ply sheet. Don’t merely look at how long the whole roll is. I’m sure the other brands are shorting us somehow but not this!! Now made in the USA

High quality tissue. Works better than almost every other brand yet at a lower price. One important note, most other brands have significantly narrowed the size of their rolls making them "challenging" to use and you actually use more tissue to complete your task. So while the sheets per roll may be the same, with Member's Mark you use less due to the width of the rolls. A great product!

The paper is a good value for the amount of rolls that you get with the pack but the quality seems to have changed in the past year. Its not the best or softest paper to use on your bottoms. I do recommend the toilet paper though because it is strong and the quantity is good.

We switched from Charmin ultra strong to this Members Mark brand. It’s honestly a really good quality and I’d stick it between the Ultra Strong and the Ultra Soft Charmin. Much cheaper as well. We only discovered it after going to my moms house and asking which TP she had installed.

Always find what I need although prices have risen drastically. I've cut back with purchases because of the riding prices. What use to cost me around $189.00 now our last trip was over $300.00 for same things . We have also cute back on monthly trips to only as needed. Other than price increases it's good.

I love Sam’s! I buy bulk and put together weekend food bags for elementary school students who qualify for free breakfast and lunch at school, but have no breakfast or lunch on weekends. I do wish Sam’s would start carrying individual sized servings of shelf stable milk like they once did. I can provide up to 30 bags with two packets of oatmeal and a box of individual cereal for breakfast. I now count on Walmart to keep enough in stock and sometimes the shelf is empty! Lighthouse Buddies is a nonprofit and we rely on low prices and quantity or bulk quantity purchases. Sam’s allows me to purchase cases of 36 individual applesauce, 24 cups of microwaveable chicken noodle soup, 12 cups per case of Ravioli and more. Sam’s is pivotal in my ability to provide these meals for children.
