The formula must’ve changed on this toilet paper. We’ve been using this brand for years, and the last two times I’ve purchased this, the rolls have been very dry on your butt, and there has been a lot of “lint” coming off the roll onto the floor.

I’ve used the same brand of TP for 30+ years & decided to try Members Mark. Not only do I pay less for more with this brand, but this is softer than what I’ve been buying for decades!

This used to be our fav tp. Strong, soft, and Durable. Now, it seems ever since the shortage, they changed their formula. It now shreds and falls apart, no matter the type of bm it is. It’s horrible. Leaves little specs all over your privates.

I really liked this toilet paper. I had been buying it and the last package I bought was irregular. It was awful. I did not buy it again for a while. I decided to give it another try and I have not started this package yet.

It sucks that I couldn't get 2 of them. Had to spend over $50 to get the free shipping when I have the Plus. Don't know if I'm going to renew my membership. Still out of stock

This was so damaged the box was collapsed and the plastic was ripped off as well. Toilet paper was damaged as well. The shipping of items keeps getting worse.

Sams Club claimed delivery on 1/21/24. I Filed a complaint in Sam's Club survey request on 2/13/24 ,and item still not received as of 2/19/24, $22.98 Purchase price not returned.

Caused an allergic reaction , i have used this product for years recently caused an allergic reaction ive never experienced before! i dont know if something was changed but cant use the toilet paper anymore

I Love Members Mark TP but I rated only 3 stars because Sams let you order online no more to Hawaii. Was $22.98 online now we have to pay $34.26 in store only

I was pleased with the product as always. Just curious why this product wasn’t delivered in box. Luckily there was no damage to the product. I have just never received anything from Sam’s Club that was not packaged properly!!
