I was pleased with the product as always. Just curious why this product wasn’t delivered in box. Luckily there was no damage to the product. I have just never received anything from Sam’s Club that was not packaged properly!!

This was so damaged the box was collapsed and the plastic was ripped off as well. Toilet paper was damaged as well. The shipping of items keeps getting worse.

Terrible! It makes all the females and males in the house itch on their bottom parts. And it is the most linty toilet paper I have ever used. Will not ever buy again. Had to throw the whole thing out.

Sams Club claimed delivery on 1/21/24. I Filed a complaint in Sam's Club survey request on 2/13/24 ,and item still not received as of 2/19/24, $22.98 Purchase price not returned.

It sucks that I couldn't get 2 of them. Had to spend over $50 to get the free shipping when I have the Plus. Don't know if I'm going to renew my membership. Still out of stock

The formula must’ve changed on this toilet paper. We’ve been using this brand for years, and the last two times I’ve purchased this, the rolls have been very dry on your butt, and there has been a lot of “lint” coming off the roll onto the floor.

I really liked this toilet paper. I had been buying it and the last package I bought was irregular. It was awful. I did not buy it again for a while. I decided to give it another try and I have not started this package yet.

We normally buy quilted northern. This was all we could order. It works, it’s thick and pretty soft. Actually not as linty as q.n.. will have to order again, as it’s the only option online.

I had to return the toilet paper because it was dirty inside the plastic. Some rolls looked like dirty water damage and some looked like it had been rolled in the street.

This used to be my favorite bathroom tissue. Hadn’t used it in a while due to lack of availability. Wow! It’s seems it’s been seriously downsized. It’s like using a ribbon to to clean one’s self. Disappointed in the changes to this bath tissue.
