Natural Gas Griddle. Looks great.
Got my 5 burner natural gas griddle assembled today. Assembly wasn't too bad. Took a bit of time, all the parts where there with extra screws. I wouldn't have been able to do it alone, I needed the extra adult to lift the griddle onto the frame. I didn't time it, but 60-90 minutes.
I like how it looks like they didn't just take the LPG version and make it Natural Gas. This looks like it's own version. (No molded area to put an LPG tank).
I am seasoning it now, and it just doesn't seem to get very hot. I can't seem to get the oil to smoke. Very little wind at my place right now, but the temp is cool at 45 degrees. Not sure what to troubleshoot, maybe the manufacturer will chime in.

It is difficult to diagnose some issues over messages, however the main causes of low heat on the Natural Gas Griddle are:- Kinked or bent fuel hose. - A leak may be present. Perform a leak test on all connections.(page 9 in your manual)- Improper lighting procedure followed. Shut down entire system and follow the proper lightingprocedure.
