I bought this and it cleans well, but the smell is so unbelievably offputting I got rid of it. I am not the kind of person who ditches things. If I bought it, I use it till it's gone even if I don't like it. I could not do that with this product. I could taste the smell when I ate. I do not understand why they can't make an unscented version . Unless they make an unscented version, I will never ever buy Cascade detergent again.

I noticed there wasn't as much of a hard water film on our glasses when I ran the dishwasher with the pod detergent. It isn't highly fragranced, just a light fresh scent. They work, and I'd be willing to switch from our usual detergent.

However, it's the little things that make one really stand out, like the shine, spots, or streaks left behind. Cascade Platinum Plus excels in all of these areas - yes shine, no spots, no streaks. Silverware spots have always particularly bothered me, as I use the divider when I load my dishwasher, so none of the utensils even touch each other. Cascade Platinum Plus actually cleaned my silverware without leaving any spots for the first time since I bought my new dishwasher. Definitely recommend!
