I am extremely unhappy because i realized after i opened it. It was not a download. The program was entirely on-line which i cannot use. My fault. But i also purchased the company program that i didnt use or open and i eas told i couldnt return it. It was $143 that i was never informed i could not return. Seriosly considering a membership at Cosco. I am telling my friends and will post to my social media!

Did a complex trust tax return with this software. Did a good job but the learning curve was a bit hard for me. I am not an accountant. I plan to buy it again next year though.

Entirely online. Not able to install locally. Can't use and can't return.
