I was hesitant to purchase due to the reviews but am very happy! I have other Sams outdoor furniture and I love it all!

Ordered two of these. Both going back. The quality is not worth $450. I would say more like $200 would be more like it. Bummed ☹️

Arrived damaged, called company. Waited two weeks, new piece was wrong one. Drama continues. Otherwise, its a nice unit. However, over-priced for the quality in my opinion.

My husband ordered this piece in March, and upon delivery, one of the legs was damaged. I emailed the company, and they sent out a new leg. When it arrived, it was the wrong one. I called the company, and she stated they have had many calls and they were trying to determine if the warehouse had them mislabeled. She documented to send out another replacement part. It is already June and we still haven't received it. I decided to just order a whole new to get the leg that I needed. Bad decision....the same leg was damaged as well 🤦‍♀️

This product is NOT worth the price. At all! The wheels do not work. You can hardly get it to roll and move without fighting it every step of the way. Sadly, very disappointed.

Very disappointed in the Towel Valet for the price. Looks cheap! (RETURNING)
