I ordered these trees on November 4th. Today is December 10th and I still don't have the parts required to actually plug them in. The box was missing the control box and wall adapter. I emailed Everstar on November 10 requesting it. It wasn't mailed until November 20th and then arrived without the wall adapter. I emailed and spoke with someone on November 26th and was told they would be mailing the wall adapter. I finally decide to call today (for the third time) and they tell me it will take another 5-10 business days for them to ship out the wall adaptor. Christmas will be long gone by the time the wall adapter arrives. At this point I feel I'm due a full refund. DO NOT BUY THESE!!

I bought this twice. Once at 123.00. Did not work at all. Took it back and ordered for almost 40.00 less. Made sure to test it inside instead of working to set it up and having it fail again. The first tree worked until I plugged in the second tree. Both trees went dark and neither would come back on individually or with both plugged in. I had a tree similar to this, from this company, that lasted ten years. These either did not work or lasted less than ten seconds.

The tree set is slightly overpriced for what you get, but it is decent. It will need some extra effort to keep them from falling in the wind as they are very light and the bases are not weighted at all. The stakes won’t really be enough. I cycled through my settings many times and my set does not have a steady state light option. Each of the seven settings changes between white and various colors at different blinking/ twinkling rates and patterns. The outer box clearly states for outdoor use only even though the listing says indoor or outdoor.

Bought two sets, when they worked, all the neighbors loved them. Then one set just stopped working. I wanted to replace it but now they are sold out and I can only get a refund, so I'm returning both because I wanted 6, not 3. So disappointed. Boo Sam's Club.

I purchased this item and it’s missing two bases. How are they suppose to stand up?

Bought this set because I previously had the single blossom tree and loved it. Used for one season, and the next the splitter/transformer quit working. Really disappointed.

Love these. Disappointed that one had a hole in the base when received.

Arrived with defective bulbs. Disappointed. I don’t have time to do a refund.

The trees I received were not as described, but the customer service was very helpful.
