This Massager does a great job massaging your back and neck, even the tension that you have. I truly love the way it feels when you use it, most of the time i fall asleep while it does the job on my back. Nonetheless, this is a great Massager to have if you have any aches and pains. I love even the features that it has like wireless connection which is one of my favorite and the hot Massage heads. Overall this is a fantastic Massager. I most definitely would recommend to anyone whose looking for a great Massager. You can carry with you as well. Great product to have. I love it.

It has several different massages you can choose from and also has a heat function. I also really like the fact that it is rechargeable and lasts about 15 minutes at each interval, which is the perfect time. You can put it on the spot you want the massage and put your arms though the handle to pull closer to your body if needed for a harder massage. The only downside to this product is it is bulky and awkward to use at first. I also can't even feel the heat when it is on. I do, however, love the massage it gives me. It feels amazing on my shoulders and back. My husband and I enjoy it a lot and use this daily!

I wish the heat would come on faster . But other then that it’s absolutely amazing and I’m totally relaxed!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This massager arrived at the right time as I threw my back out a few days prior to receiving it! i used this on my lower back first. I don’t think the heat is all that noticeable as I barely felt it and I was wearing a thin shirt. I tried out each of the settings and set it to the one I liked most which was the setting with the circular motion. There is a setting on there that goes in an up and down motion which I did not like as I found it sort of pinched my skin. I sat up the couch and put a few pillows behind me and the massager in between my back and pillows. This allowed for me to be able to adjust the amount of pressure. I also used this on my upper back and shoulders. I also have problems with my shoulder. My husband isn’t always around to rub my back so this is the perfect solution! It gets right into my trouble spots and provides so much relief! You do have to pull down on the massager to adjust the pressure. The next day after using the massager my back was a little sore but I attribute that to the amount of pressure I used. I would definitely recommend this for anyone with lower back or shoulder problems!

I've used it on my neck, this is where I get real stiff most of the time. I've also used it on my lower back and it feels great. The heated part is a cool feature but doesn't heat up enough. I'm cool with that because the massage movement is what is important for me. Oh and the arms straps really let you hang and relax your arms especially if you're standing up.

The motion of the massage is smooth and it adds just the right amount of pressure to work out the heavy tension areas.

Also, happy it works for neck and back my husband was very pleased when he first used it because he felt great afterwards; now he uses it when he gets home from work me as well I take break from chores and give myself a massage. The only con I have is that is not hot well I do not feel heat but overall I do recommend.
