I love this massager so much. It really helps to relieve my neck and back tension and pain. I stick to the lowest massage setting as the others are a bit too intense for me. I try to use it on a daily basis but can’t always do so. I use it right before bed and it helps relax me before falling asleep. It's a little heavy on your shoulders and kinda feels funny at first but its not uncomfortable. The first initial start of this thing did have me in a state of uncertainty. I wasnt sure if I liked it or hated it. It was hard! It dug deep. Felt like it was reaching inside me. It actually made me laugh a little. After the first few minutes though that deep tissue massage was definitely hitting the spots I needed to be hit. It felt great but was a little rough around the edges.
