[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love making soup and most soups use broth as the base. I never knew there was a difference between broth and bone broth until I found this. I used the Pacific Food Organic Chicken Broth to make my famous cabbage soup. At first I was just happy to read it was organic and loved the flavor. Only later did I read up on Bone Broth and how incredibly healthy it is, full of collagen , vitamins, calcium, magnesium, phosphorous, iron , zinc and so much more. I am a new convert and you will be too. It is so easy to substitute your old broth for a new and improved one with even better flavor. Try it, you will be happy you did.

Very flavorful broth. We often use it in place of water when making rice. Recently we used it for some homemade ramen as well and it was delicious. The kids love sipping when they're feeling sick too. Overall, a great product to keep on hand in the pantry.

Mostly for stews/chowders, etc. This is the first bone broth I've tasted that is drinkable/delicious on its own. A lot of the other brands I have tried taste either watered down, overly salty, or overall bland. The color of this one is thicker than most and tastes good on its own. Added SO much flavor to a chicken and dumplings recipe I made.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love soup but am on a sodium restricted diet. This broth has 90mg per 8oz compared to 500mg for the best "reduced sodium" chicken base I have been able to find and still has a good chicken flavor, and that's the point in using chicken broth. It also has no added sugar and 8 more mg protein. It does have more cholesterol, but I don't think 10mg per 8oz is significant for the amount I would use. So, I can add a little of my lower sodium base, sea salt, or salt substitute to this if I want a stronger chicken or saltier taste and still have a dish that's far lower in sodium. I use a lot of vegetables and spices instead of salt and chicken base to make soup and things like rice. I used this broth to make rice instead of water and added celery, onion, and garlic, and it was great, didn't need more chicken flavor. I like having a carton of broth already made up. I use a little when I reheat chicken, gravy, rice, etc, and the shelf life of this product is great. I got it a week or so ago, and best buy date is 2/22. I will try it in soup next but have no doubt that I can make a batch that's just as tasty and far lower in sodium. Yes, I am on a sodium restricted diet, but no one needs as much sodium as is in most canned and prepackaged products and regular bouillon cubes and bases. I recommend this for everyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tastes fantastic! We only get the Unsalted (very low sodium) one so that we can have healthier broth and salt it any way we like it. The apple cider vinegar that’s added in there is barely noticeable, but it enhances the flavor. We cook a lot of bone broth on our own and so we’ve tried all kinds of recipes, and that’s how we know the subtle difference apple cider vinegar makes. When we don’t cook our own bone broth, we go for these fantastic commercial alternatives – and we always go for unsalted. After opening, this sits for 7-10 days in the fridge (don’t leave it out). With the twist on/off cap, it’s easy to store and reuse for days. The bone broth goes great with almost any dish and cooking to boost flavors, from stir fry, simmering sauces, to just adding a splash for flavor boosting. Mostly, we prefer to use a whole container of 32oz for soup, in addition to more water, vegetables, and other spices. This will usually feed 2-4 people with soup, depending how big of a soup drinker we are. Really, this can be used with anything because it’s unsalted and tastes great! They’re affordable, convenient, and tasty. We would definitely buy this again.

This chicken bone broth has Soo much more flavoring and it exceptionally good. With it being soup season I see myself getting a lot more.of these to throw into soups weekly.

It is not at all too salty, which is wonderful! I used this broth for chicken and dumplings and my family absolutely loved it!

Great stuff, good price for organic free range. Reliable for any dish. I use it in rices, stews, soups, etc. When I am making arroz con gandules I like to use this in place of water. This is what I typically buy unless I am in a pinch. I would reccomend over Swanson.

I love adding this to my recipes! It adds a wonderful flavor to the recipes, the ingredients are clean and healthy. You can sip it on its own or use it to enhance the flavor and protein content of recipes that call for water or broth! The packaging makes it easy to use and easy to store after opening!
