[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great cold and flu remedy with acetaminophen antihistamine and cough suppressant it has an orange flavour that’s not overpowering and dissolves in anything without water. You simply pop one on your tongue and chew and it dissolves and helps ease the symptoms of cold and flu

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can’t think of a better medicine to keep around for the flu season. This tastes great. I was afraid it would have bitter medical aftertaste, but no, it’s actually delicious, but it also works to treat cold and flu symptoms. It’s extremely handy to keep on hand at work or at home. And gave it to my sneezing colleague, and he was pretty impressed with the results. It also doesn’t make you drowsy. Perfect little treatment.

He felt a smidgen better after taking it, but…he said it was VERY sour. He said it had an awful taste and he doesn’t think he could take another if he tried. I rate it 3 stars because it did do what it’s supposed to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While these fizzy chews are effective and I will try again, I am not a fan of the orange flavor. Chewing it and the fizz with the orange was a lot. But it did work and when your throat is sore it’s easier than swallowing pills and tastes better than cough liquid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great for keeping in your purse or bag as you can just pop them in your mouth without needing water. The taste is sweet tart. Much like eating a slightly fizzy candy chew. As far as relief from symptoms, yes, they've lessened the severity of my cold, though they make me a bit drowsy. Something go be aware of . I shared some with my brother and he hasn't had any drowsiness and his symptoms improved far quicker than mine. Overall a solid product to have on hand that if taken at tge first sign of illness, helps.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Alka Seltzer Plus Fizzy Chews Cold & Flu Orange is a new take on traditional Alka Seltzer cold medication. In this version, no water is needed. Just pop open the package and chew the tablets. The tablets themselves are sweet and tart, almost like candy, and mildly fizzy. They have a strong citrus flavor and a non chalky texture which both are pleasant enough that I don’t feel the need to rinse my mouth. Great for on the go! The packaging is similar to a lot of over the counter cold remedies, but opened more easily than the rest I have used this week. So far, the dosage is making me feel slightly better, but sleepy.

I felt like it was equally as effective, but you’re supposed to take 2 at a time which makes you go through the pack fairly quickly
