There are a broad range of symptoms these little chews relieve, so it’s nice to keep in my medicine baggy in case someone starts feeling sick! Beware of drowsiness, but these chews are effective. These are a great option for someone who isn’t a fan of taking pills (ages 12 and up!). The taste is okay, better than cough medicine or other medications I’ve tried. Overall, these are a great option to keep in your car or bag to stay prepared, especially during sick season!

No need for water because you chews and it starts working. I gave 4 stars just because I m new at this concept of no water fizzy chew, so it was a little difficult for me. It taste ok but it is effective for sure. Very good for on the go people like me. I will give a try to the other flavor too.

However, these are chewable and don’t require any liquid, so you can easily take them on the go, if need be! They are faster acting since they’re chewable rather than taking a pill. We will definitely keep these on hand during cold and flu season!

I was skeptical at first, having used the liquid Alka-Seltzer cold and flu remedy (which, albeit unpleasant-tasting, is effective). The orange flavor of the chews surprised me - it wasn't candy-sweet, but a significant improvement over the liquid. Pros: 1. Easy to consume (no chugging required!) 2. Mild, tolerable taste 3. No lingering aftertaste 4. Effective in alleviating cold and flu symptoms Cons: 1. Blister pack difficult to open 2. Some chews were broken in the pack Despite minor issues, I'm impressed and plan to keep these on hand this winter. I highly recommend Alka-Seltzer Plus Fizzy Chews to those who struggle with the liquid version. Note: I'll still use the liquid for soothing sore throats, but these chews are a fantastic alternative for everyday cold and flu relief.

I was afraid it would have bitter medical aftertaste, but no, it’s actually delicious, but it also works to treat cold and flu symptoms. It’s extremely handy to keep on hand at work or at home. And gave it to my sneezing colleague, and he was pretty impressed with the results. It also doesn’t make you drowsy. Perfect little treatment.

The fact that you just chew and don’t need water for these makes them a no-brainer to keep around. Not 100% a fan of the flavor but there are alternative flavors I will try next. Reliable brand as always and worked effectively to suppress my cough, decrease the sneezing and runny nose and overall body aches.
