The best ground beef ever! But it's not ready in the stores you can order it online or you have to ask the butcher while you're in the store to make you one up.

I've been purchasing Sam's Prime Rib Ground Beef in patty form for several years. Glad to see they have now packaged it a chub. The flavor is very good and I particularly like the texture -- it's not finely ground so it has a good mouth feel. I think it is their best all purpose ground beef for burgers, casseroles and meatloaf.

not good. bones fragments and lots of chewy parts. very very oily too.

My app states this is an IN CLIB ONLY but when asked in the meat department they don't carry it.
