These tires were an upgrade from a performance OEM tire to a touring tire, and I am very satisfied with my choice. So much smoother on the suspension.

Look great on my small SUV. Had them put on right after we got 2 feet of snow and noticed a difference right away. I'm confident driving through snow now.

Ordered a set of 4 Goodyear Assurance MaxLife 235/40r19 tires, special order only, online. Delivery 5-7 business days for pickup in club only. It's been almost 2 weeks, over 2+ hrs. on the phone w/various representatives and in club tire personnel to find out that the tire order cannot be fulfilled by Goodyear. Now to cancel the order and receive a refund for this online only ordered item, I must drive the 1hr. round trip and process a return in person because over the phone customer service has no way to cancel or complete a refund. So Sam's Club has had $800+dollars of my money for almost two weeks for an order/products that they cannot fulfill. So much for upgrading to a "PLUS Membership". I had to order the tires elsewhere and have them installed at my local Walmart at twice the cost, plus losing out on the PLUS Member benefit(s) of the Road Hazard Warranty, Road Side Assistance, Lifetime Rotation & Balancing etc. for $10 per tire for PLUS Members. Online these tires still show that they are available for purchase and not "Out Of Stock", "Low Stock", "Back Ordered" etc. Do NOT order these or it will take a lot of time and effort to receive your money back from Sam's Club. Hope this saves other members future headaches. Do better Sam's Club. Disappointing.

Keeps losing air pressure. Bought the tires 11/2019 have had to bring the car back several times due to the TPMS. Was told that the tire need more bead seal. After several trips back. During spring and summer it seemed fine. Then it is fall 2020 when the weather temperature drops below 70F TPMS goes off and tires lose air.. Been back several times and Sams Club staff has been helpful. Will never buy Goodyear tires again. Going back again to replace all tires using warranty

Focus on customer service and entire experience - the Panther creek woodlands Texas location far exceeded my expectations. They took care of my daughter who took the vehicle in for the new set of Goodyear's. Both were taken care of with my utmost confidence. I would recommend this dealer and tire to my family and friends. I'm a very attention to detail guy; and I came away thoroughly impressed! Keep It up- you have it right.

My wife's car picked up a screw in a tire and we took it in for repair. This 2004 vehicle last got tires 7 or 8 years ago. And though this car gets low usage and the tires had plenty of tread, the tech pointed out the dry rot between the treads and the risk of a blowout. We opted for a new set of tires and I believe we got a fair deal on a comparable set of tires.

It drives like a dream with new tires, balancing, and alignment.

Overall experience is great. Love the way my car handles. I have a good feel of safety security.
