When I see pink champagne or wine, I immediately think it is going to taste like bad Kool-Aid. You have to read something about the wine to know if it is dry or not. This is a fairly dry wine or my wife would not have had more than one sip. Nice taste but I can't tell you that it had hints of melon, or honey, or brisket or whatever. We enjoyed it and will probably buy it again.

Very nice wine for all occasions. Just fancy enough.
