I feel like even when you use one for a long time it starts to become less effective until I found this. This clinical strength deodorant has seriously changed my life. I am not sure about 72hrs, but does hold for a long time. I would say 24hrs. I love the texture as well because it doesn't leave a white stain under my armpits, which is great!!!
