[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so hopeful when I saw this product but it just did not live up to the hype. It looks all pretty in the packaging but thats where the appeal ends. The smooth handle ends up slippery in wet shower - something with a bit of texture to make it more grippy would have been better. The razor itself was just so-so. It shaved, but it took a couple of passes, which is a bad idea on sensitive skin. Maybe for someone with fine hair it would have worked better. It's going to have to be a pass for me.

The handle is very easy to grip. It also gives you two refills. I love the feel of my legs when done. I would definitely recommend this to any one looking for a clean and smooth shave razor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I unfortunately do not replace my razor as often as I need to or should. Whether it be disposable or replacement cartridges for razors they are overly expensive and hard at times for me to justify spending money I don't have on replacing my razors as often as I should be. That being said I was extremely anxious to see how well they worked. I have extremely sensitive skin and easily get quite a few nicks almost every time I shave my legs especially. So knowing that in myself I always proceed with caution and try not to rush myself when shaving. The Gillette Venus left my legs as smooth as possible and gave me a well up close clean shave as any well quality razor can or could. I didn't have any issues whatsoever after using the Gillette Venus razor with any type of irritation to my skin at any time. Left my legs feeling very smooth and lasted atleast one to two extra days than other razors I've been using in the last two years or so. As always the Gillette brand didn't disappoint me whatsoever.

The blade works well on legs/underarm and then there is a part of the blade at the top that allows for precision shaving which I've used on the pubic hair and it hasn't left any irritated skin afterwards. Also, the handle has a nice weight to it. The main con is that the blades don't appear to be interoperable across Venus models, though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It did nothing in shaving through my pubic hair. It was not sharp. It was very dull and did nothing in comparison to a normal razor. It was disappointing to find a razor that advertised being able to trim through pubic hair and it didn't.

The handle is easy to hold and I was able to get a very smooth and even shave, including the hard to reach places. Typically I get irritation from shaving my bikini line but this razor blade helped and I did not experience any redness or bumps. It's great to have a product that has effective results!

I however I got a few razor bumps from it which I don't typically get. But that could have been just me being new to using this kind of razor. I will continue to try and see if I get improvement. Overall, i am happy with it.
