This is a good product. First time trying the product and it is great and has a good smell.

My husband loves this body wash, for a long time he would only use castile to tackle oil and breakouts. I love that Sams has this at great price, have been paying $45 at Amazon for this size! We've had no issue with it leaving charcoal residue on the skin or in the shower.

Great soap, tricky packaging. I bought this for my husband who is very active and has some body acne. He has trouble with some acne soaps being too drying, but this product is working well to keep the major breakouts away for the summer. Our only complaint is the pump for this bottle. I should have known when almost all the bottles at the store were goopy with soap and the pumps are in various stages of open, but when we got it home we could NOT get it twisted to where it would pump. We tried several things and finally took the pump all the way out to use the pump from something else. The bottle is very full (which is good, I want all the product I paid for!) but maybe too full and it causes the pump to not function? Maybe ours was just defective, I'm not sure. After using the other pump we had he was able to open the one that came on the bottle finally.

Expensive even on sale, been using for 3 weeks. Whether its salicylic properties helps clear skin is debatable, but what really makes this stuff "???” is it leaves behind what looks like dirt. "But Zane, this is made with charcoal!". There are now 100 products or more using charcoal, this is the only one that leaves "dirt" behind.

I'm not a fan of this product. It costs too much and really leaves my skin and hands, especially dry. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to toss half a bottle of this.
