Great product. Much better than the shredded version that has chemicals in it to prevent caking! cancer causing chemicals! All natural is best and flavor much better too so dont be lazy and buy all natural.

I've always loved this cheese brand and the price is worth comparing to grocery stores that are a bit more expensive. Also I do recommend the shredded one because it lasts longer than the whole wheel (unless you're going to use it right away!

Similar to mozzarella but with a richer flavor and better bite, this is our preferred cheese for pizza as well as quesadillas. The shreds are finer than the house-brand mozzarella and handle better, and it has a better anti-caking agent so there's no grainy texture. Sometimes hard to find in stock.
