This sausage is great for multiple uses. I use it for several recipes including cabbage with sausage; potatoe casserole, bbq baked beans with sausage. I love it!

I avoid red meat, but like to make dishes involving a Kielbasa flavor. Hillshire Farm is a decent option for me. If you're a stickler for authentic, obviously this brand isn't for you, but it works well for my recipes.

This turkey kielbasa sausage is used in one of our family’s favorite pasta recipes very well, and purchased in this 3-pack it is very economical. Who isn’t looking for tasty, economical, and easy meals!?! Highly recommend this sausage! It stores well in the refrigerator or freezer too, so we have some on hand all the time.

I love this product to add tastes to my dishes and everyone loves it as a pork sausage substitute. I pray that they sale more.

To be honest I prefer real kielbasa made (I think) mostly from pork. This turkey kielbasa has a much different texture and lacks quite a lot of flavor but it is a passable substitute if you want to eat a bit healthier. :)

Kids loved. They said it tasted very good. The only thing is it cannot be an alternative to red meat fully when it is encased in beef.

It's a slightly healthier alternative to pork and beef sausage. Really good to use with Cajun and Creole dishes.
