Super easy to put together and the best part is NO FLUFFING!!!!! This is a game changer. Second year putting it up was just as easy as first with no lights out. Speaking of lights, 8,000 lights are definitely bright even thought they're warm white.

This tree is fantastic! From the box to stepping back and admiring within 15 minutes. No fluffing needed, hinge branches are nice, great lighting selection, SUPER easy to assemble and very thick full foliage. My previous tree didn't have hinge branches, no quick connect lighting connection, took a long time to assemble and fluff. This is much better. Only downside, I wish I could dim the lights a bit. It's very bright but expected to be bright with the size. The colors are nice but we only like are the warm lights. The two storage bags it comes with are a tarp material. Probably fine since the poles have caps to prevent poking through a bag.

Tree looks real. Came in two big boxes, no issues with shipping. Lots of lights, they are warm. Overall great product.

The tree is very pretty. A lot of light for sure at just at 8000 lights. I thought it had color changing lights but I think I was confusing it with an other another tree.

This item comes in two boxes and they sent me two 2 of 2 boxes. I was missing box 1 of 2. They couldn't do anything about it besides giving me a refund. Customer service is horrible they literally don't understand anything and I have to repeat myself so many times to get my point across. Horrible especially 3 weeks before Christmas. Now product is out of stock even though there's a box 1 of 2 somewhere. Bought all these tree decorations and look forward to putting it together with my kids. Spent an hour with customer service just to get a refund order placed. So infuriating
