It doesnt stay cool very long even if you fan it around a bit. I have neuropathy and it feels like my legs are on fire so I was hoping this would help

As a mere blanket, it's fine. As a blanket that you get for the purpose of not burning-up under it - no, I find myself waking to remove it off me. Less than 5 only bc I got it so I could have a blanket without burning up.

I was hesitant to buy this but Everytime I felt it and the coolness I couldn't resist it. I am always hot, always, and this blanket gives the best cooling feeling through the night.

best blanket ever for sleeping when it's hot. unfortunately, in a few weeks it developed a lot of lint on the cooling side. I used a fabric shaved and that helps but the silky smooth texture goes away.

Nice blanket but whoever packed it in the box didn't care looks like it was just thrown in there it's falling out of the wrapping won't be pretty to wrap for Christmas

it's very nice and soft and yes it's cool feeling i would definitely recommend this to anyone who is like me and has trouble sleeping because of night sweats.

Seriously keeps you cool! I love this my friend had one I told her about how I get hot at night well no more!!!! Definitely don’t want to use in the winter though as it keeps you very cool! Love my blanket!!!

I bought this blanket before and loved it. I tried a different blanket and was hot all night this is a great blanket. I just wish it came in more colors.

I’ve been burning up at night but still like to have a blanket over me. Somehow this fabric actually stays cool. It’s not too thick or thin, it’s the perfect blanket.

Although this "cool" blanket had more insulation than I expected, I prefer it over the no. 1 rated lighter weight "cool" blanket which I also purchased. I use the Mainstay blanket nightly. The higher rated blanket will b donated 2 charity.
