It's a blanket after all...one side has a slippery material (the cool side). With the cool side down on top of my sheet it would sllde off the bed during the night. I like to sleep with a blanket on but often times I am too hot or wake up sweating! This cooling blanket allows for me to keep a blanket on and keep my temperature low! Great price and quality!

Perfect for a comfortable night of sleep. I'm postpartum and can get really hot sometimes so its so nice to have something so comfy but breatheable!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this blanket for a few weeks and the weather has been so hot! The blanket has a soft, silky feel to it and it's soft microfiber on the other side. It is very cool to the touch and it stays cool for a good while. I have slept on top of it and under it. The blanket does a pretty good job of staying cool through the night. For me, I still had to take it off a few times because it does not stay cold overall I think it does a pretty good job and helps stay cooler through the night.

Definitely will recommend to anybody looking for a similar feel of coolness while sleeping and gets disturbed with heat. It’s very lasting and even with washing still holding up well!

It's an issue, I wake up regularly just drenched in sweat and making my partner's night's sleep miserable as well. It is a real problem. This cooling blanket is wonderful. I began sleeping with this separate from our normal bedding and it is literally cool to the touch. I will wake up in the middle of the night, and even if I am hot under the blanket, instead of sticking a leg out of the blanket, I can just reach over to a new spot and have a cooling sensation that sends me right back to sleep. I do not recommend layering this blanket, though. If you layer it under another blanket it does lose its cold sensation. If you put it as a top layer, that is fine but you will not have the full cooling effect. I love this blanket so much that my partner is jealous and wishes it was big enough to fit over our entire bed! It probably would fit on a twin bed - perhaps even a full. But Queen or King size will leave you wanting a bit more blanket for sharing. If I die, I want to be buried in this blanket. It is amazing.
