Cancel protection plan with Sam's club is impossible seeing that all state decive people in to register on their website in order to cancel their plan then they tell you you have to contact Sam's club to cancel the plan which their website you bought item from has no cancelation feature are a phone number for that matter

I added the protection plan to a necklace I purchased for a gift. I called to try to get a copy of it to include in the gift box. Customer Service was no help at all. I have never had trouble with Sam's Club customer service until today. I tried to chat with the representative. They want you to do all the work while they just send messages to you. I will never buy another one of these plans from them. Don't waste your money. bad it's going to be when you try to use.. If it's this much trouble trying to get a copy of it for a gift can you imagine how much trouble it's going to be if you have to use it..
