They do a really good job of collecting the fluffy dust, but you have to also need to collect the course/grained pieces of dust with a dustpan and broom or damp paper towel.

The quality of these swifter dry cloth are getting worse. I’ve been using them for years and after this last package I just purchased which I will be returning I will no longer purchase them.

I use these all around my house even to wipe dust off my furniture and i know my floor is clean when i use them they pick up what my is left on my floors.

Great product. It's thick and absorbent. Only problem is the price. I have to use it several times a day because my dog has accidents & I go through a loyyof them.
