I've been eating this bread for years and love it. Each piece has 3 grams of fiber and is soft and yummy! Great for toast or sandwiches.

Not only do I love this bread, but I don't want to eat any other kind. It is delicious and healthy. If you are trying to lose weight, it's the perfect bread. White bread is 2 points on a weight watchers scale. Wheat is 1. This bread is only 1/2 point per slice. And you would never know it by the taste. It has the perfect combination of healthy yet sweet. And the real kicker, my 8 year old boy doesn't want any other bread either. Please stock this bread more often. I miss it when it's gone.

No nasty grains in it. Every slice is soft and delicious. Good plain, or made as french toast or grilled cheese sandwiches.
