For year I purchased this brand in the past but this is the first time I am very disappointed and I advise consumers to choose a different one because this one will be a bad choice! It bends forward, zipper get cut in the pockets. Wheels are very poor quality as well as the handle.

The back pack has room for storage and meets my needs. The main problem is that the wheels have a mind of their own. It rolls off to the one side or the other. I'm constantly pulling it back to roll in a straight line. Also, when the handle is fully extended, it doesn't stay extended but collapses, so I'm constantly pulling the handle up to the fully extended length. The problems are bad but it is an inconvenience.

Hard to find wheeled backpack within this capacity that will fit easily in a small plane /regional jet overhead compartment. Very reasonably priced and seems like high quality. We will see how it holds up over time. Very happy so far ( two trips in)

This is the 2nd one I own. My first one has traveled through many countries as my carry-on. I jbought this one for my husband who was tired of carrying his backpack. My first one is several years old and the wheels finally deteriorated, but I found replacement wheels on another websote for $13. Sturdy fabric with great zippers and many useful pockets. So very handy and easy to wheel and access pockets. Long-lasting great bag. Lightweight.

I'm a full-time engineering student in my junior year. I'm at school all day. I can put just about everything I need into this one bag (I used to use two bags for different days of the week). I put my books, flex binders, folders, calculators, stack of papers, laptop, writing utensils, stapler, lunch, snacks, etc. etc. The only con I noticed compared to other bags is that it's much heavier with the same amount of stuff (which was expected since it has the extra hardware, but not so much so). Good thing it's a roller!
