I bought this a few days ago. It has been a great laptop and well worht the money. I love the performance and it's been thrilling playing games on it. It had 16 GB of memory however I upgraded the Ram to 64GB because I do multiple applications at once. For the average user 16GB is plenty.

Great computer, runs kinda hot when pushing it but expected froma gaming pc. Its win 11 so won't give a 5 since no option for win 10 version. Not the best compared to new systems but works great for what i like. Just needs a win 10 option and will give 5 stars.

I purchased this and when I went to pick it up from the front they told me there were none left. I asked for the floor model and the gentleman refused to sell to me, was very dismissive to the point of being insulting, and would only give me a refund. I have purchased clearance floor models from Sam's in the past, and I have a daughter that is pregnant and trying to get a work from home job and this was a prefect opportunity to get her a very good laptop for a very good price. I am a long time member and this is the first time I have felt the service was completely lacking.

added it to my in box on app in store, paid for it, was told by store associate that they were sold out and that they would have to refund the purchase. Too bad they couldnt be an advocate and contact their online division to have a computer sent to the store so that I could get the item at the price I paid for it.
