Great Cheese, Even Though, It's Not Imported Kind. Tastes great, tastes fresh. Great flavor, has a little bite to it. Auricchio has been making the best Provo for decades. Hidden gem at Sam's, easy choice, if you like Provolone and are used to cheaper brands, this will wow your taste buds. Get it!

This was better when cooked/melted in some way; not so good raw. Also fairly expensive

I have purchased this cheese for years and it is great. Unfortunately, our Sam’s Club doesn’t stock it anymore.

The piece I got was too big. Would have liked to have been asked what size I preferred; knowing of course there’s a minimum purchase. The cheese was good as best.
