I’m a big fan of Samsung TV’s, except this model. Picture is dull & red, regardless of mode or any tweaking. Would return it if I hadn’t thrown the box away.

This TV is useless for streaming, do not get it as a smart TV. If you want to use with without Netflix, Amazon Prime, thats fine but dont get it otherwise.

Not used to this type of tv. Will need some help adjusting to this product. Dish did the set up but did not hook up the DVD player. Getting another HDMI cord to set up. Fingers crossed.

So happy with this television. Great value for the money. Purchased this TV to replace my bedroom TV. Easy to assemble and setup was a breeze. Picture is excellent.

I love my tv, but am a little disappointed in the app interface and lack of some that should seems like should have. The picture is great and spund as well.

I thought I was getting a brand new television but open the box from an out dated television didn't know I bought a t.v that was two years old out of the box

Have purchased several other Samsung products and had been satisfied with their performance. The photo shows what the picture on the TV looked like, out of the box. Returned immediately.

The picture is great, but the sound on the TV did not get fixed properly. The sound fluctuates and sometimes causes voices to be lost and sound to be staccato.

DO NOT BUY THIS TV IF YOU THINK IT IS NETFLIX COMPATIBLE. Even though it states on the box it is, after a call to Samsung they confirmed Netflix no longer supports this model. Returned tv for one that is.

Received the TV on time and I set it up in no time. It took just a few minutes all you had to do is follow the prompts on the screen. If you have WiFi make sure you have your login info before getting started. Nice picture and easy to use remote.
