What I expected

AWESOME

Was very disappointed when the tv arrived it had a line the size of a hair going completely across the picture and another line, same size, going from the top of the picture to the bottom. When I called Samsung customer service they told me I would have to take the tv back to Sams, because the damage was either caused from storage or from shipping. I argued with the lady and told her this was not caused by either of those situations. She finally said the warranty would cover the repairs. After the repairs the tv has great color and performs very good. But Samsung's customer service is terrible. This problem seems to be a recurring problem with Samsung. Maybe they should look at the packaging and give the tv more protection. I am hesitant to recommend this product because of  Samsung's customer service.

Great picture

I bought this TV a few weeks ago and am very happy with the purchase. It was very easy to wall mount due to its light weight. With it being a SmartTV, I no need another piece of equipment to stream videos or a cable box. If there is a con, it would be the long amount of time it takes to display the SmartTV apps. Otherwise, I'm very happy.
