Good, not great machine

I own 2 of these with Nayax metrics to track sales. Reviewed sales from each and wondered why they were slow, as they are placed in good locations. Turns out that the 20 oz. bottles get stuck after a few sales. Reloaded them and the same problem again! They are easy to set up, but the headache of customer complaints about the stuck bottles is enough for me to say find a better machine if you want to vend that size bottle.

Keeps Dropping Multiple Waters

Machine works alright for cans or heavier Gatorade or Powerade bottles, but it does not work well for the 16.9 oz bottled water. We can only stack 8 bottles at a time in the machine or it jams. Even then it either dispenses multiple bottles (up to 6 at a time) or the bottles getting stuck and it won't dispense any. It give a rout error and the customer has to select a different product.

Donald, thank you for submitting this information. Due to the nature of 16.9 oz water bottles being narrow and extremely flimsy, since non-carbonated, it does make stacking them more difficult. It states in the manual that when dispensing 16.9 oz water bottles to use the column Filler in the vend rack and that the Filler is located on the backside of the inner drink door. Each new machine comes with a Filler to accommodate a selection of 16.9 oz water bottles. The Filler essentially narrows the bottom section of the vend rack column to prevent the 16.9 oz water bottles from dispensing incorrectly or from jamming as you described. DO NOT BUY!!!

I bought this machine about 6 months ago and have nothing but problem after problem. Have not been able to go a single month without a issue from; card reader stealing customers money, the door latch not working properly, to the drop sensor left loose at install, cooling pads installed in the wrong spot and covering inserts for water bottle kit, and now the machine isn’t cooling. Had to turn it off and remove it from service. Vendnet (the manufactures) are god awful, takes over an hour to get anyone on the phone and are absolutely no help at all. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY!!

Worst machine I have ever had

The first 2 machines were delivered damaged. Third one kept customers money. They sent a tech to work on it. Then it dispensed several items and gave money back. Now doesn’t work at all. Less than 6 months old
