the table and chairs and perfect but the box is missing the cover - hopefully the company can send me the missing custom cover since this will be stilling outside all of the time.

Quality is nice. Chairs took a little time to assemble. Table base hard to get thru regular doorway but can be done by taking section that holds the tank off. All pieces were present and fire pit works well

Absolutely love this piece. Saw it early in the year at our Sams but waited. Then it came back available and bought it. An absolute joy to sit at and relax. Only downfall was, it was damaged on the too when delivered!!!!

Love the set! Vert sturdy and comfortable. Not to difficult to put together. Just disappointed when we ordered online we didn’t know there was a shipping fee. Other than that we are very happy with it.

One chair seat came damaged with unknown replacement date according to Sam’s vendor, Sunvilla. Unloading, movement into place and assembly all require some assistance due to bulk/weight but assembly is easy otherwise.

The product itself is beautiful and comfortable, but I am very disappointed in the fact that the screw holes don't line up to attach the tabletop to the base. We are only able to get 3 of the screws in out of 4. For how much we paid for this, it was a huge headache trying to figure out how to secure the table due to it not lining up correctly. The boxes were completely damaged upon delivery. Luckily the drivers were kind enough to wait and open everything with me to make sure there so no damage.

We've had this set for 2 years & was sad to see I didn't get the cover that is now included. After 2 years, the chairs are still in great shape but some of the tiles on the table top are coming loose. Not sure what we're going to do about this. (We have a cover for it)

I can't say enough about how satisfied I am with this outdoor set. The only negative I can come up with is that it took a long time to find it available at my Sam's Store. Mine was packed really well, and went together easily! It comes in 3 big boxes, so be sure to have a trailer for pick-up. Sam's employees loaded mine for me which was much appreciated. I looked a long time and compared quality and prices and didn't find anything comparable below $3300.00. You'll need 2 people to set the table top on the base, but other than that, it's a 1 person assembly. I spent as much time removing packing as assembling parts but can't complain. No scratches or missing parts! Highly recommend this product!

Just what we needed.

I have been waiting on this set for over two month, had my name on a waiting list as the second person when the store received them, waiting over two months for that. Now you have it in stock with a $400 increase and a $30 increase for shipping. Way to treat your customers. I DON'T WANT IT ANTMORE AT THIS PAY.... Thanks but no Thanks, But, I know someone will.....
