two tables broken not happy and frustrated

Picked up the table set. Put everything together. Last step the table top. Opened the box and a tile was broken.. just replaced the top and this one is broken..spent hours chasing this around. And now my store does not have any more and another location will not exchange the top. Chairs are together and everything.

Upscale feel!

Very impressive, quality is good, overall look is upscale. Perfect size for comfortable dining and the firepit puts out nice heat, but not overly hot. Looks so pretty at night! The only issue is the way the cover is made, when it rains it collects big pools of water. So I'll be looking for something to put under the cover in the center to raise it. Highly recommend this table. It's pricey, but worth it. I saw it in the store and then ordered online with free shipping :)

Great set, despite lack of customer service.

We bought this at the start of the summer. It is a great patio set. It definitely requires two people to put it together, but it wasn't that bad. Luckily all 3 boxes fit in the bed of my husband's truck - 2020 chevy silverado with a standard bed. Make sure to bring straps if picking up. My only complaint was the Sam's Club staff were not very helpful when my husband went inside to purchase it. They said we would have to order it for curbside pick up online. There was a display in the store and we were already there. It would have been preferred to not have to return the next day.
