I had a family member who had recently and diagnosed with prostate cancer in which they developed a urinary leak. They were able to fit these discreetly in their underwear to catch it throughout the day. The pads are extremely absorbent, and there is no smell from the urine which is a nice bonus. This gave my family member their confidence back to go out in public while they were going through their prostate cancer treatment. I would highly recommend this item to any male who's dealing with any sort of daily incontinence.

My husband struggles with Copd and is very self conscious about having noticeable leakage. he said they work just as well as the others. He was recently sick and these were an absolute life saver.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are comfortable and you don't really notice when you are wearing one. They fit in your briefs pretty well but not with boxers though. They can absorb a small amount not like a adult diaper these are more for small leaks.

He states that they are very comfortable and easy to use. They fit great in briefs and not advisable to wear in boxers. The absorbency gave him more confidence and there were no fowl odors when using this product. Additionally, the pads are great value and is sure to last a while!

Even though the item was a 'Maximum' type, he thought that it could have been a lil bit thinner and that the shape was odd. My brother thought that it would not be identical to women's pads. I agree. Men ARE shaped different below the belt. The adhesive strip on the back was good. It didn't move around during the day or overnight. He said that he would still recommend this.

Great for dribbles and drips with odor control. The package is pretty cost effective with 52 count. Each liner guard is individually wrapped for discreet caring.
