I have been incontinent since my prostate was removed 2 years ago. A good day is only going through 3 guards, usually it is 4 to 5 guards. To be honest with you I use the TENA brand because they are shaped like a V and are not as long as the Depends Guards. I think you could make an improvement by not having your guards so long which makes them go back into my groin area and cause irritation. What I just started doing with this new "now more flexible" guards is folding the bottom 3" over so the two sticky sides touch and this is much more comfortable. I also wish you would widen the top portion which would give more protection at the area where leakage occurs and if a male is active like I am you wouldn't have to readjust at times. I hope my honesty helps inspire an improvement. I want to use your product as it is less expensive and more readily available than TENA.

The last Several packs of men's guards have been VERY BAD. The "seam" at the bottom of most of them has separated almost all the time after a short use. The urine soaked filling comes out the bottom and wets underwear and of course the trousers . Current workmanship and/or material is unsatisfactory and I am going to stop using and will no longer be recommending them to friends. The "seam" between the inner and outer shell coverings must be improved so they do not come apart as easily as they now do.

The adhesive does not always hold pad in place, the pad curls up and the sides at times allow leakage. The pad needs more holding power and something to prevent them from curling and shrinking. I have had at times needed to change pads because of it from failing to stay in place and contain some leakage. I think the should be more padding to hold moisture overflow

I would never, never leave home, or even stay at home without wearing it---------------it is a confidence builder------------and so easy to use.

I have 100% incontinence 6 years after prostate surgery. I use the underwear for exercise only. For 5 years I used the Maximum female pad which worked extremely well and stayed in place due to its more "firm" build. Due to a recent size change to the pad I was using, I switched to the guards. I find the size perfect and they are pretty comfortable. There are a couple of things that could be improved for people like myself with complete incontinence. First a firmer pad. One that holds its shape better. I dont mind changing the pad as often as necessary due to leakage, but I don't like changing it once it loses its shape if its not wet. Second, I would like a thicker pad. I'm sure not everyone would, but for us with full incontinence it would be great. Lastly, I implore you to not make the pads smaller whether for women or men. I understand the need for corporations to maximize profits and downsize products on occasion to achieve this. However, male incontinence protection is not like a can of beans. When you change the size it causes all type of complications from unnecessary leakage to discomfort due to chaffing. If on occasion something has to be changes, I prefer you decrease the package quantity slightly rather than decreasing the size of the pads. Men and women develop a comfort level with a given product and thats why we are loyal to Poise. Please consider the impact you have on our lives when you change the size of individual pads

I am new to this area -- I had prostate surgery that has caused me to drip, sometimes a great amount. I find the Guards to be slightly better than most pads, but like all mens pads they have one serious problem: they appear to be based on those for women! I am about 4 inches long in the reduced state, so when I move it goes well beyond the edges of the pad, resulting in my pants getting wet. Depends needs to make the pad wider like those in their underwear.

Overall great product. Hold a decent amount of liquid but sometimes not enough. Especially at night. Also would be nice to have a longer one with more coverage on both the front and back. I require light coverage in both sides. Great for minor drips and leaks but not so great for those sudden surges.

I would not wear this product arround the town. it is for me i walk to much arround the town diid not like the rubing inbeeten my butt.

Wearing them gave me a comfort zone when I felt an urge to uriniate. I have no problem with how they feel against my skin.
