I have recently started using depends I have different types underwear.some are cotton some are different blends of fabrics. My question is what type of fabrics would hold the pads in position the best? Some seem to move or become unstuck.

The product is good but it is too narrow. I was in Spain and found the depends level 3 for men. This product is shaped differently. It is wider at the top and cup area. They are fantastic. Why are they not offered in the US?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product works well. Allows freedom to get out and go without bathroom worries. Also, used as a liner for depends briefs, I can sleep for longer periods without having an accident.

I have to change every visit to bathroom. I try to check every time I leave and arrive and every 30 minutes. There is more urine on my underwear than on the pad.
