Chewy but good

Great product a bit on the chewy side. Usually it’s more on the soft side.

Try again

I’ve had dried aku many times before but this was very fishy and texture was off

Made me sick with Scombroid Poisoning - Beware!

Need I say more? I'm a 50 year old Hawaiian who has been eating dried aku my whole life. This stuff immediately gave me stuffy runny itchy nose due to not being stored properly and kept cold, which causes Scombroid Poisoning from histamine. My grassfed ribeye were also spoiled rotten. This location obviously can't keep food properly cold. Beware or be sick! BYE SAM"S CLUB!!!!!

Not Recommended

There was pieces of bone or something in many pieces. There was a little layer between meat and skin that was left on and tasted rancid
