I just purchased the tires. So I can’t honestly rate them. However I can talk about the excellent customer service I received. They made me aware of the uneven tread wear on the tires I was replacing. I just bought the truck a week ago and hadn’t noticed. I took it back to the dealership and they confirmed that the truck was indeed out of alignment. Thanks to the service technician who caught the issue and brought it to my attention
