Mine was melted?

Mine is a liquid, each one of them is a liquid instead of jell. So they went to trash, total waste of $$$

Rob, we're so sorry to hear about this. This could be a result of one of two things. The first is if the product is past its expiration date. If it is, the physical appearance can change. We do not recommend using a product past its shelf life. Even though it is still safe to use on the skin, you may notice that it isn't as effective in controlling odor and wetness. The second is if the product has been stored or exposed to extreme temperatures, the consistency can change. Typically the clear gel becomes thinner if exposed to extreme heat (i.e., left in a car or direct sunlight). While the product is still safe to use, we recommend tossing it and replacing it with a new one. We'd love to make a report to our team about this and help. Please call us at 800-445-5388.
