The one at pick up was so melted that the store personnel went and got another one, but it wasn't much better. It was about half as tall and the strawberries and chocolate completely slopped off to the side of the cake by the time I made it home. I am not sure if they didn't mix the whipped cream correct for that batch of cakes, and it was either take the dysfunctional cake or no tres leches cake for his birthday. I may purchase again, but never through order pick up where I can't see the way it looks before I buy it.
